And in between, one private space where the conversation continues.
Why this exists
I am a New Yorker building my company from Italy.
I could not find a room where people understood both halves of that: the ambition and the disorientation. Founder communities had ambition without geography. Expat groups had geography without ambition.
So I built the one I needed.
The Retreat
Once a year, we all come together. This year members will join in the Veneto, Italy. Somewhere worth flying for, with people worth flying for.

Every woman here is the expert in something. Nobody is the teacher. We all have something to give and something to gain, and that is the only thing this community needs to work.
The circle is small on purpose.
